Yup.  it's that time again.  we took off a few days off longer than expected but this one is a full 93 minutes of gooey charlie & shaman goodness.  AND we're low calorie!  AND gluten free!  Oh - and no GMOs.  by just sitting and listening to us, you're going to get healthier.  true dat.   as usual, it's a little bit of this, a little bit of that and virtually no basketball speak.  the wildcats lost and i don't want to think about it again until september.  so here you go - grab it - use the rss feed link on the left... or CLICK HERE, O FAITHFUL LISTENER!! or right click back there, do a "save target as" and save the mp3 on your hard drive. and until next time -  Sometimes if I squint really hard repeatedly, you look like a pool of blood.
