ola.  sorry i don't have more energy than that but i've jumped off the smoking wagon again.  hopefully to end in the morning.  killing me.  as you already know if you listen to the show on a regular basis.  speaking frankly for a moment, there is no greater addiction than cigarettes/nicotine.  none.  the wonderful thing about weed?  you can stop it at a moment's notice with no problems.  try that with marlboros.  good luck and i genuinely mean that.  i wish everyone could get off cigarettes.  i'm sure they've cut off at least 20 years from my life but meh, what can ya do.  if i could talk to my 20 year old self, i'd smack him around and convince him to stop.  but the past is the past and the present is what it is.  don't mean to be such a debbie downer but that's the way it goes sometimes.  so BESIDES that, the new one is ready to go.  grab it while i can still take a breath.  :)   and enjoy.  you know the routine - use the rss feed link on the left... or CLICK HERE, O FAITHFUL LISTENER!! or right click back there, do a "save target as" and save the mp3 on your hard drive. and until next time - do it.
