apocalypse radio - sixty eighth audio magazine/podcast

DE PLANE!! DE PLANE!! okay, so i'm reaching for quotes this week. i'm unprepared... it happens. so we now reach the end of a shaman vacation. sadness sets in. or rather will set in. sunday night at some point, i'm sure. but until then, i refuse to think about work. i refuse dammit. so it's antique shows and library book sales for me today. good mindless weekend stuff to numb the brain. maybe a flea market or two if there's any about... so the standard rules apply - use the rss feed link on the left... or CLICK HERE, O FAITHFUL LISTENER!! or right click back there and do a "save target as" and save the mp3 on your hard drive. and until next time, remember - you'll get more with a kind word and a two by four then you will with just a kind word.

apocalypse radio - sixty seventh audio magazine/podcast

THE NEEDS OF THE MANY OUTWEIGH THE NEEDS OF THE FEW. warning in advance - we got a little geeky this week hehe... it's movie discussions 101... nothing too in-depth, a little more esoteric in nature. oooooh... big words on a saturday morning for someone with such a cloudy head. currently in the midst of angels & demons from dan brown... kind of a prequel to the da vinci code... which i found surprisingly enjoyable. sigh. i hate when i'm proven wrong. i was sure i wouldn't enjoy it. so the wife wins this round. damn. will probably read his other two after that. but i'm rambling about my reading and we're here for something else - the show! it's up and ready to go - use the rss feed link on the left... or CLICK HERE, O FAITHFUL LISTENER!! or right click back there and do a "save target as" and save the mp3 on your hard drive. and until next time - KHHHHHAAAAAAAAANNNNNNN!!!!

apocalypse radio - sixty sixth audio magazine/podcast

HEY, IT'S A THINGIE! A FIENDISH THINGIE!! yup. more obscure movie quotes. do you ever actually try to figure out what they are? hmmm. i wonder. sitting here watching the beatles anthology dvd. disc 1 of 5. i highly recommend if you have an interest in the beatles. informative while entertaining. somewhere around 10 hours or so total. ringo is an incredibly underrated actor. check out his performance in caveman, a cinematic classic. on an unrelated note, one more week and i'm on vacation. ahhhhh. bout damn time. but i stray. the new ep is up and online and ready to pull... you know the routine - use the rss feed link on the left... or CLICK HERE, O FAITHFUL LISTENER!! or right click back there and do a "save target as" and save the mp3 on your hard drive. and until next time - Get me the home office. He's wrecking my home!

apocalypse radio - sixty fifth audio magazine/podcast

HEY BEA-TEL! I HAVE GOLD! (yes, another instance of name that flick). the daughter seems to have "discovered" the beatles recently and it's all fab four, all the time here in the shaman household. she seems to be dipping her foot into the led zeppelin pool too. good things, good things. speaking of paul revere and the raiders, the new show is UP. and this time i'll get the coding right. i promise. meanwhile, do the usual - use the rss feed link on the left... or CLICK HERE, O FAITHFUL LISTENER!! or right click back there and do a "save target as" and save the mp3 on your hard drive. and until next time, remember - m.i.t. wanted me, you know. wanted me to rule the world for them.

apocalypse radio - sixty fourth audio magazine/podcast

I HATE APRIL FOOL'S DAY!!! every tom, dick and harriet think they can say the dumbest shit and it'll be funny! honey, i'm sorry about the car. what? HUH? APRIL FOOL'S! deserves a fast smack every time. and radio stations are the WORST! either they pull a stunt SOOO lame that you know somebody got railed over it or it's something played so seriously and hits so close to home that they get an entire city up in arms. i've rarely heard an april fool's stunt on radio that WORKED. one that was just believable enough to the stupid 55% of the population and was just funny enough to get a laugh from the smart AND the stupid. they're rare but they do exist. so i'm thanking my lucky stars that it fell on a saturday this year. on the other hand, i'm losing an hour of sleep this weekend and that's no good..... if it's not one thing, it's another. but i digress from my appointed task - the new webisode is up and ready - use the rss feed link on the left... or CLICK HERE, O FAITHFUL LISTENER!! or right click back there and do a "save target as" and save the mp3 on your hard drive. and until next time, remember - Don't let them in your mouth!

(postscript two days later - my apologies to anyone having problems with the feed in iTunes or most podcatchers - seems i left out a very important tag and it dominoe'd down the line and we were never updated. oops.)
